Description:
Moruben Road is a pair of luxury harbour-side residences crafted on a steep, highly constrained Mosman site. The project replaces an aging apartment building with two expansive, double-storey homes oriented to maximise views across Middle Head and Balmoral. Materials include raw and cut Sydney sandstone, rendered walls and slate roof. Extensive excavation and complex retaining structures resolve the terrain. The result is a calm living environment with stunning ocean and headland views from both apartments, each with their own garage, outdoor space and pool.
