Description:

The Riverly is a contemporary seniors-living community designed to offer independence, comfort and connection in the heart of Sydney’s northern suburbs. Located opposite the Ryde-Eastwood Leagues Club, the development delivers 87 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments arranged around generous landscaped courtyards and communal indoor–outdoor spaces.

The architecture is centred around a generous communal open space, accessible to all residents. The material palette—warm brick, fine metalwork and layered planting—reflects the character of Ryde while establishing a calm, timeless environment for residents.

Amenities such as shared lounges, dining spaces and hospitality-style services encourage social interaction without compromising privacy. The Riverly elevates seniors living through thoughtful planning, considered materiality and a strong focus on community and well-being.
