Description:
Conversion of an existing 17 storey office building into a residential apartment building with 109 units of 1, 2 & 3 bedrooms.

The conversion was a complex and challenging exercise. Completed in August 1995, the project involved extensive modification to the original building, including significant alteration to the existing structure and a new facade system.

The accommodation comprises 33 studios, 39 one-bedroom apartments, 30 two-bedroom apartments, and 3 two-storey, four-bedroom penthouses.
