Description:
Turner Hughes has been responsible for both the design and project management for upgrading Fairfax's North Richmond site. The scope of the works include an extension to the existing press hall, new paper store, and new office facilities. The project has been staged in such a way that the existing press can remain in production during construction on a difficult site located on the side of a hill just north of the Hawkesburry river. The press upgrade will enable the printing of the Sydney Morning Herald at this site.
