Recently approved by Woollahra Council this project will see this end terrace renovated to reinforce the original building character and forms, improve the street appeal and livablity of the house generally.

This end terrace house is part of an original group of 5 built c1887 and originally named “Aberdeen Villas”

The main works are to the rear of the house involving the demolition of the existing conservatory and sunroom. These were constructed in 1971 and are inappropriate to the architectural language of the principal house. The new roof to the rear of the secondary wing is lower and more traditional and will house and expanded family room and new kitchen with courtyard garden.
