Located in a leafy street in Belrose the corner block contains only a single dwelling. The site is close to shops, bus stop and a large park across the road.
The development comprises six townhouses in two blocks. The upper floors of each townhouse have reducing the mass of the buildings and creating views through the buildings to the park and neighbourhood.
This planning consent is based on the SEPP seniors living planning rules instead of the council planning policy for the area. This allows additional oor space and additional dwellings.
Under this policy the units must be sold to seniors and the facilities need to allow for accessiblity to the each unit and conversion of the kitchen and bathroom to allow the residents to upgrade as their needs require
