Harbour Radiology Lane Cove – DA Submitted

We have recently submitted a DA to extend the ground floor facilities at Harbour Radiology’s Lane Cove practice.

This proposal will bring much needed extra space to this valuable commercial property by adding a ‘floating’ extension at the rear of the property. This extension is level with the existing ground floor, and only accessible from the front of the existing building.

The undercroft provided by this extension is currently used for parking, which will be retained, though extra bike parking facilities will be added here for staff and visittors.

This proposal is an exercise in compliant design that meets the needs of the client and provides maximal reward at minimal cost or difficulty. The work will likely even take place without impacting the operations of the existing radiology practice.
