This Alteration and Additions project involved the creation of new Attic Parents suite with a large windowed dormer to the street and looking north to the harbour. New Kitchen and openplay living space on the north with a large deck overlooking the pool and harbour.
Other works including general renovations to all other bathrooms including guest suite on the lower level.
