Casa Vista Mare, Coogee - DA submitted

Located on a battle axe lot with a high perch sporting ocean and district views, this Coogee site has much to offer.

Detailed analysis of the site conditions and many design revisions were necessary for this proposal to maximise the site's potential to house and nurture a young, growing family.

Access and a dramatic slope across the site have been constraints that have inspired opportunities for exciting moments of outlook and retreat.

The design which was selected by the client using a limited design competition has now been developed into a Development Application that has been submitted to council.
